Hani Ramzy, the former captain of the Egyptian national team and Al-Ahly club, sent a message to the people of Gaza after the Israeli occupation forces bombed them.
Hani Ramzi announced his full support and solidarity with Palestine and hoped to provide them with any kind of support.
Hani Ramzi opened his message to the people of Palestine by saying: “Whoever supports Palestine does not necessarily have to be a Muslim, but rather a human being.”
Ramzi said on his Twitter account: “My brothers and family in Palestine, I would like to express to you my full support and solidarity with you in these difficult times.”
He added, “I fully realize the great challenges you face on a daily basis, and I hope to provide you with a little support by heading to the Red Crescent to donate my blood and whatever can help you in these difficult days.”
He stressed, “This is the least that can be given because of the suffering and pain you are offering to obtain your most basic human rights, which is to live in dignity in your land and homeland.”
Ramzi continued, “You have always shown strength, perseverance, and steadfastness throughout time, in light of the ignorance and false pride of the so-called civilized world.”
He concluded his message, “I am with you, and my dear country, Egypt, is at your back, and it is an impenetrable wall, God willing, in not liquidating your cause and preventing the satanic plan to displace a people and take away their lands. May God have mercy on your martyrs, your sons, your youth, your men, and your women.”
