Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games Officially Postponed

KOMPAS.com – Performance Asian Games 2022 scheduled to take place in HangzhouChina, on September 10-25 had a delay.

Quoted from the official website of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), Asian Games 2022 has been postponed indefinitely.

The OCA, the Chinese Olympic Committee, and the Hangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee will announce the new schedule for the 19th edition of the Asian Games in the near future.

The postponement of the Asian Games which will be held in the capital city of Zhejiang Province is related to the outbreak again Covid-19 in various parts of China.

The third edition of the Asian Youth Games which was scheduled for 20-28 December 2022 in Shantou, China was also affected by the postponement of the 2022 Asian Games.
