Chief State Court (PN) Medan Victor Togi Rumahorbo sanctioned a written warning to a judge named M Nazir. The warning was given because Nazir made a scene because he brought a car Jeep Rubicon to the office.
Victor says Nazir has called Nazir. Victor said that Nazir had explained that the luxury car belonged to his friend.
“After the call this morning, we called the person concerned. Then the person concerned explained that the car he was using was a friend’s car,” said Victor, reported by Antara. detikSumatraMonday (27/2/2023).
Victor said he had warned Nazir not to ride in luxury cars. The warning was conveyed so that the public would not have a negative view of the judge.
“We have reminded the person concerned. I told him that we will give an internal warning. We have warned him not to use or borrow the car again,” said Victor.
“Because we know that it causes a bad public opinion for a judge. A written warning and an agenda are there,” he continued.
