The Bundesliga handball players of HSG Wetzlar are once again biting their teeth at TBV Lemgo and are losing significantly in their own hall. Only Anton Lindskog is in a goal mood.
The HSG Wetzlar ended the international break with a defeat against the feared opponent. The team of coach Kai Wandschneider lost to TBV Lemgo on Wednesday with 21:27 and remains in the table of the handball Bundesliga in sixth place. The last victory against Lemgo was achieved by Central Hesse almost five years ago.
The HSG, which had to struggle with major personnel problems especially in the backcourt, was the weaker team at home from the start and deservedly lost. Central Hesse’s best thrower was Anton Lindskog with a total of six hits.
