Hana Hanifah is determined to divorce Randy. This decision was made after he felt betrayed a month after getting married.
Even when the Bogor Religious Court planned to reconcile the two in a mediation agenda, Hana Hanifah ignored it. He hopes that the divorce process can be processed soon.
“The preparations are God willing. It’s ready (divorce) because there are many things to consider. For me, I don’t want to mediate because I really want a divorce,” said Hana Hanifah at the Bogor Religious Court, Wednesday (25/10/2023) .
Hana Hanifah also told the judge that she refused to defend her household. He said that infidelity was the main reason for demanding Randy’s divorce.
“I can’t think about it anymore. I’ve fixed it but there’s no solution and there’s an affair. I also don’t love him anymore. Because in my opinion (his mistake) was fatal and he also didn’t respect my parents,” said Hana Hanifah.
However, the court will still wait for Randy. Because Randy was not present at the first divorce hearing, the mediation agenda was postponed to next week.
“The result was that the first trial was an examination of the data, an examination of the lawsuit and all kinds of power of attorney. Because the defendant was not present, the mediation was postponed until the 1st (November),” said Acong Latif, Hana Hanifah’s attorney when accompanying his client.
“We don’t know (the defendant was not present) because there was no confirmation to us, no confirmation to Hana or to the court. However, what is clear is that his absence is proof that he does not have good intentions,” he continued.
Currently, Hana Hanifah also does not know where her husband is. He said he no longer communicated with Randy since filing for divorce.
“Yeah (disappointed) I want it to be finished quickly, because I’m tired of taking care of things like this, right? But the person doesn’t know what it’s like. I don’t even know where he is now, because he’s already lost contact, how do you know,” concluded Hana Hanifah .
