He said, “As the CEO of Hana Financial Investment, I only left the account to the employee due to major issues such as meetings and events that should be taken care of as the CEO of Hana Financial Investment.

According to the financial investment industry, the Financial Supervisory Service is known to have recently requested an investigation by the Prosecutors’ Office on charges of violating the Capital Markets Act, such as prior trading.

Representative Lee is said to have violated Article 54 of the Capital Markets Act (prohibition of use of job-related information).
