The riders involved in the 2022 Martinique cycling tour of Cadets, Cadettes and Ladies will compete this Friday, June 3, 2022 in the first stage at François over 70 kilometers. Hamon Similien from Nantes, vice-champion of France, is the winner of the prologue on the Lamentin cycling ring in 1 minute 52 seconds. It will start in yellow this afternoon.
The Martinique cycling tour for cadets, cadets and ladies was launched last night (Thursday, June 2, 2022) on the cycling ring at the Yves-Adèle du Lamentin stadium.
The best time was achieved by Similien Hanon from Nantes. the vice champion of France displays a time on the cycling ring in 1 minute 52 seconds.
The riders entered will compete in a total of three stages, largely on the roads of the municipalities of Lamentin, François and Ducos.
The cadets, cadets and women’s tour had its turbulent period for its organization because of the pandemic but our tenacity won. After two years without real competition, these courses will allow our runners to measure their sporting skills and rediscover the fervor of the atmosphere of the roads and the encouragement of the crowd on their way.

In addition to the local clubs, the peloton includes invited delegations: the selections of Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin, Guyana, Dominica and the rider from Nantes Simllien Hamon, the leader of the race at the end of the prologue.
Among the women, we note the presence of Mélissa Alexandrine, the champion of Guadeloupe. A great duel awaited with Keyliane Julus (Crédit Mutuel Garage 1er). The latter won in her category during the prologue on Thursday evening ahead of Béatrice Peyronnet.
Departure of the first stage Friday afternoon at 2 p.m. for 70 km at François with three passages by the coast of Saint-Laurent.
