There was a corona outbreak in the geriatric ward of the Schoen Clinic in Eilbek. The hospital said none of the infected patients were seriously ill with Covid. Nevertheless, the hospital has taken precautionary measures.
As MOPO’s private hospital confirmed, several people were ill and had to be isolated. However, the situation has now eased again. A spokeswoman said this is likely to happen more often now that the mask requirement has been lifted.

The Schoen Clinic has temporarily imposed a ban on visiting geriatrics in order to limit the corona outbreak and to comply with the stipulations of the hygiene plan in such a case.
