Additional appointments would be made three weeks later for the necessary second vaccinations. As before, only members of the highest priority, i.e. people over 80 years of age as well as care workers from the outpatient and inpatient sector, are entitled to vaccinate in the center. Due to delivery bottlenecks at the vaccine manufacturers, appointments were suspended a good two weeks ago.
Since one still has to deal with “very limited” delivery quantities, cautious planning is still necessary, according to the authority. Depending on availability, additional contingents would be activated several times a week.
