Missouri Headwaters State Park welcomes visitors and their families for Halloween festivities on Oct. 28.
Dress up your children and pets for a chance to win the costume contest, take photo in a “photo BOOth,” enter the broomstick race or check out the trick-or-treat table.

Adults can visit local vendors, snack on kettle corn and make s’mores over a campfire if the weather permits.
And, to celebrate National Bat Week, try your hand at the arts and crafts booth.
The action starts at 1 p.m. in the picnic area, with events wrapping at 4 p.m.
