The Theatremuseum Düsseldorf invites you to two very different but equally exciting Halloween events on 31 October 2024, which will delight young adventurers and curious pop culture friends.
Terribly Happy in “TMD’s Haunted House”
For children aged 6 to 10, the theater museum is transformed into a scary, haunted house between 5 and 7 p.m. Exciting tests of courage await the young guests in the mysterious caretaker’s apartment, and prizes will be awarded for the best scares. If you don’t have a costume yet, you can get creative by making a mask. Particularly brave children can even try to connect with the ghosts of theater history by turning a crystal. A great starting point for families looking to kick off Halloween with an exciting adventure. Entry is free, so nothing gets in the way of fun.
A pink look at “Pink Halloween”
From 8 pm, strange pop culture takes over the stage in the Theater Museum with “Pink Palace presents a pink Halloween”. Inspired by spiritual reform movements, this event features tarot card readings, necromancy, and the opportunity to mix healing potions. The secret caretaker’s apartment also has a place here – maybe the secret of the missing caretaker will finally be revealed at this party?
It starts with a concert by the crazy artist Thomas Bartling alias “flamboi&”, who will delight the crowd with the combination of country and Eurodance. Afterwards, the party night continues with DJ Crash, while Café PING serves drinks. Guests are invited to step into their “hot tie-dye” scene and rediscover the art of batik – there will be a free tie-dye workshop on 24 October.
Both events guarantee an unforgettable Halloween experience in the Museum Theater’s Hofgartenhaus. Entry is free and no advance registration is required. Whether with the family or part of the curious scene – the Theatremuseum Düsseldorf offers something for everyone on this special evening!
