For Halloween and All Saints’ Day celebrations, the La Tanière zoo-refuge in Nogent-le-Phaye near Chartres (Eure-et-Loir) takes on its autumn colors and prepares a thrilling atmosphere for you!
From 22 October to 6 November 2022pumpkins, skeletons, mummies, ghosts, witches, spiders, bats and many others, will invade the corridors of the shelter every day from 10:00 to 18:00 and also invites the more adventurous to extend their visit at nightfall on Monday 31 October for a terrific night (until 8pm)!
Horribly spoiled children
From 24 to 31 October, older children from 0 to 11 years composed and showing off their ugliest clothes will benefit from a Free admission (the presence of an accompanying adult is required).
During all school holidays you will be able to attend the feedings, enrichments, medical training and exchanges with the animal teams that will mark the day and allow them to leave the residents of the zoo-shelter monstrously trapped.
It’s up to you to dig the pumpkins
The Arche de Noë de Chartres finally delivers terribly beautiful workshops.
These workshops will offer the opportunity during the week of dig out pumpkinsmake masks, make candy bags, listen to fantastic stories or even learn origami and make pop-up cards.
To take advantage of this, no rocket science:
- No special tickets for this period or for the night: admission at the usual current prices (tickets are valid for the whole day) however it is strongly recommended tobuy your tickets in advance to avoid queues.
- Free tour
- Catering on site with winter snacks (hamburgers, hot dogs, nuggets, fries, pancakes, waffles, etc.) and especially for the evening of 31/10 pumpkin soup and homemade hot chocolate by the founder of the restaurant.
