VLADIVOSTOK (The Washington Post): In a Russian city, North Koreans serve food and renovate houses. Beneficial for both countries, analyst believes.

A popular website with ads in Vladivostok in Russia’s Far East has its own section featuring skilled North Korean artisans. They offer to carry out construction work in the home of people.

The contact information in one of these ads led to a North Korean. He tells The Washington Post that he has worked in Russia for many years. He says he can make significantly more money here than in North Korea. This is despite the fact that half is earmarked for Kim Jong-un’s regime in Pyongyang.
