Half of the people of Pontevedra already have a balcony or terrace and 84% have an Internet connection

What’s more, 84.13% have an Internet connection, when in 2012 it was 55.87%, with 27,093 users contracted according to the last balance. Seven years ago it was almost ten thousand fewer connections.

As for other electronic devices, they have a tablet, PDA or similar 36.82% of the homes in Pontevedra, which represents a setback compared to previous years. They were 42.78% in 2018 and 38.72% in 2017.

Pontevedra is, among the seven large Galician municipalities, the one with a higher percentage of households with spending on a mortgage on their main home (24.06%). The one with the highest average spending on mortgages is recorded in Santiago de Compostela (465.89 euros per month). The average expense of the Pontevedra households on the mortgage is 427.34 euros.
