Hair and insects: strange objects are found in new OnePlus smartphones – Hi-Tech Mail.ru

Previously, you could find someone else’s hair or fly in a restaurant. Now the “additive” is also included in flagship smartphones.

At the beginning of December, the premium smartphone OnePlus 12 was presented in China. The device turned out to be great in everything, except for one thing – poor quality build. The first buyers are unhappy with how their expensive phone was assembled.

So, one of the users published photos of your brand new OnePlus 12. In the photos you can see how the glue sticks out on the sides. On one side, a small insect was stuck: either a fly or a spider.

Near the camera block, the owner of OnePlus 12 found a hair coming out of the glue, which is unlikely to be removed with tweezers. What’s especially unpleasant is that the smartphone is white—on black, such “jambs” would be less noticeable.

Other OnePlus 12 users have complained about gaps and excess adhesive around the rear glass. Let us remind you that the release of the new product on the international market will take place in January 2024. Non-Chinese buyers can only hope that the manufacturer will work out the bugs before the global launch of the smartphone.
