The crisis escalated between the Egyptian producer Mohamed Waziri and the Lebanese artist Haifa Wehbe. After the latter edited a report against “Waziri” to seize the sum of 63 million Egyptian pounds from it, the latter responded by filing a lawsuit to “prove their secret marriage”, which she considered defamation of, promising to prosecute him. .
The image of the case document issued by the Egyptian Family Court leaked to social media in the past few hours.
And two ministers filed a lawsuit to prove marriage at the Nile Palace Prosecution for Family Affairs on May 16th, to demand proof of the marriage of a minister from Haifa Wehbe, and the first session was decided on the second of next June.
The Lebanese actress said that the allegation of proving her marriage to his former agent is false talk about health, confirming on Twitter: “After the judicial leave, I will take legal measures against those who made this defamation, and we will wait for the outcome of the investigation, and the outcome of the judicial ruling.”
It is noteworthy that the lawyer Yasser Kantosh, the artist’s representative, Haifa Wehbe, previously wrote a report in the Omraniya Police Department, accusing her former agent of seizing her money.
“Kantoush” said in the report – which Masrawy obtained a copy of – that Haifa Wehbe and assigned the complainant his right to act on her behalf to negotiate with others regarding her artistic and lyrical concerts, cinematographic programs, TV series, and advertisements, as well as signing contracts for those works under the conditions that are agreed upon And collect its allowances and give receipts in Egypt.
The complaint added: The complainant was working as the manager of the complainant’s business in Egypt, contracting parties, programs and series that belong to the complainant, receiving the agreed material value from the producers and the contractors, and undertaking depositing them with the bank in the complainant’s account.
He accused him of exploiting the power of attorney issued to him by the complainant and withdrawing money from the complainant’s account deposited in a bank, without the complainant’s knowledge taking advantage of that power of attorney released to him.
He continued that the complainant in his right seized other large sums of money in exchange for the value of concerts, television programs and series that he was receiving from the producers, and instead of handing them to the complainant, he put them in his own account in order to harm the complainant and seize its money.
