Hagen Bikes Files for Bankruptcy: Share Price Drops as Stock Exchange Halts Trading

Late last week, publicly traded cargo bike manufacturer Hagen Bikes filed for bankruptcy. After the news, the share price fell to 0.43 euros. On the other hand, this morning the share price fell to 0.09 euros and the stock exchange stopped trading securities.

Company manager Kaspar Peek admitted that the company needs additional money to cover debts. Considering that finance was not raised, Hagen Bikes had to file for bankruptcy.
