Hafia conceded and they were heading for a loss, before they came back to score thanks to Alpha Oumar Diallo who made it possible for Babata. The Green and White club, which has recorded many departures, will try to rectify the situation next week in the return match which will still be played at the stadium on March 26 in Bamako, Mali. The three-time African champion club reached the first preliminary round last season by eliminating Génétion Foot from Senegal, and still believes in its chances to qualify for the second round.
