TEGAL, KOMPAS.com – The Covid-19 patient is a 38 year old female, a resident of Bandung Village, Tegal South, City of Tegal, Central Java, was declared died world after arriving at the Emergency Room of the Kardinah Regional General Hospital, Tuesday (15/9/2020).
This patient had previously been refused entry to a private hospital in Tegal City on the grounds that the isolation room for Covid-19 patients was full.
Head of Health Service, dr. Sri Prima Indraswari, through the Head of Disease Prevention and Management, Siti Halamah, confirmed the news.
“It’s true (who died) a resident of Kelurahan Bandung, a 38 year old woman,” said Siti Halamah, when confirmed via short message, Wednesday (16/9/2020).
Halamah revealed, before he died, the patient on September 3 underwent a swab test at Brebes Regional Hospital.
The patient was taken to Brebes Regional Hospital due to schizophrenia or mental disorders.
“September 4 atswab. The results came out positive on September 8, “explained Halamah.
Because she was finally declared in good health, the woman was then asked to undergo independent isolation at her home.
Furthermore, on September 15, the patient went to the Bandung Public Health Center with complaints of pain in his swollen leg.
“The patient was referred to Mitra Keluarga Hospital. However, the room for treatment was full so that the patient came to the Kardinah Regional Hospital,” said Halamah.
The patient then continued to visit Kardinah Hospital. At that time, the patient also experienced complaints of heat, cough and dizziness.
“At 12.00 WIB the patient came to Kardinah Hospital. At 13.00 WIB the patient died,” explained Halamah.
The patient was buried in one of the public cemeteries in the South Tegal District.

Meanwhile, data from the Health Office on the website corona.tegalkota.goi.id, Wednesday (16/9/2020), there were a total of 69 positive cases of Covid-19 that befell Tegal City residents.

A total of seven people died, six were treated, 13 were independently isolated, and 43 others were declared cured.
The Tegal City Health Office also recorded a total of 52 people outside the region who tested positive for Covid-19.
Seven were treated, seven died, four were self-isolated, and 34 recovered.
Still on the website, there were 373 suspected cases of Tegal City residents, 17 of whom died.
Then cases of suspected residents outside the City of Tegal recorded a total of 104 cases with 13 of them died.
