25 years ago, the country and the world got to know Hacienda Picarquín when it became the venue for the 19th World Scout Jamboree, bringing together some 30,000 people. Today, in addition to being a beautiful memory for some, it has become an ideal space for all kinds of events, small or large, surrounded by nature, at the foot of the foothills of the commune of Mostazal, now under the name of Picarquin Estate.

From the moment you enter the premises you can feel in a cozy, quiet and safe place, ideal for meet and connect with nature, in a massive event, work or family, musical, sporting, religious, educational or recreational. In any case, this place offers almost 2 thousand hectares of countryside with hills and Andean sclerophyllous forests, typical of the central area of the country. 120 of these hectares are grassed and urbanized to receive a large number of people for various social events of all sizes, business, recreational, outdoor or sports such as seminars, training courses, retreats, excursions, camps, cultural shows, corporate gatherings, family outings, class trips, non-formal education activities, festivals, among many others.

And if you just want to visit it with your family, you can come and walk the trails that total almost 25 kilometers to hike all of them with different degrees of difficulty (medium mountain). They are used at different times of the year mainly for massive outdoor sports activities and competitions.

Each scheduled meeting or event can bring together a large number of people who can also stay at Hacienda Picarquín. For this purpose, there are rooms with a little more than 650 beds that have various amenities and even meeting rooms, barbecue areas and food service. In addition to these general facilities, there are swimming pools that operate from November to March, multi-purpose courts and a large picnic and camping area with toilets, hot water and spaces for washing clothes and dishes.

And of course, no less important, it has ample parking and 24-hour security. If the client requires it, they also have catering service, special implements, or whatever you need, for various occasions and characteristics, at an additional cost.

It is worth mentioning that the size of Hacienda Picarquín allows all activities to be carried out in special spaces with exclusive conditions, so that, even when coexisting with other users, participants have the atmosphere of privacy and/or silence they require.
