H65 Höör won a very meritorious victory over the table Sävehof in the afternoon, much thanks to a big-playing Gry Bergdahl in the goal. A cold shower for the Gothenburg team that loses to Skuru at the top.

Today’s match between H65 Höör and Sävehof was a replay of the semi-final from last year. Höör was seventh in the table before the day, and needed points to feel a little more secure in the fight for a playoff match.

“We will pick up the pace and set the defense,” said Alma Skretting Cmore before the game.

In the halftime break, Sävehof led 12-10, which was largely due to H65 Höör’s 16 (!) Technical errors. Amelia Lundbäck scored five goals in the first half and was happy with the game, but worried about all the technical errors.

-An even and fun match, we actually play very well. However, 16 technical errors are catastrophic.

The second half was a single long thriller, where the match stood and weighed back and forth. With six minutes left in the match, Höör’s Gry Bergdahl made an important save and the team was able to go up to a three-goal lead. A wasted ball in the final stage and a big-playing Bergdahl meant that Höör could finally celebrate an important victory.

Gry Bergdahl received the award as the player of the match thanks to his 19 saves (45 percent), and was very pleased after the match.

-We make a really good match. The cooperation between the defense and me worked very well today.

In Sävehof, there were not as happy faces.

-We did not come in the attacking game, but I do not know why, says a disappointed Jamina Roberts to Cmore after the game.

In the second half, Skara got a little better order in the game, but VästeråsIrsta could still win the match comfortably with 28-22. Important for the home team, which thus goes up to the playoff spot in the table.
