H-1 Eid Al-Adha, 192.103 Vehicles Leaving Jakarta

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. recorded 192,103 vehicles leaving Jakarta on the Eid al-Adha Day 1 through the east, west and south.

Corporate Communication & Community Development Group Head Clan services Dwimawan Heru said, volume traffic this increased by 56.1 percent compared to normal traffic.

“For the distribution of traffic leaving Jakarta from three directions, namely 57.5% from the East, 21.0% from the West and 21.5% from the South,” Heru said through a written statement received by Kompas.com, Friday (31 / 7/2020).

He added that 110,436 vehicles were leaving Jakarta from the east direction, up 106.4 percent from normal traffic.

The number of vehicles leaving the capital from this direction is another contribution from the two toll gates (GT) to replace the Cikarang Utama GT.

Both, namely the Cikampek Utama GT for road users to the Trans Java Toll Road and the Main Kalihurip GT for road users to the Cipularang-Padaleunyi Toll Road, with details:

GT Cikampek Utama 1, Jasa Marga recorded 62,185 vehicles leaving Jakarta. Number this increased by 123.4 percent from normal traffic.

Then GT Kalihurip Utama Heru mentioned that 48,2251 vehicles through this GT left Jakarta. This number is up 88.1 percent of normal traffic.

In addition, Jasa Marga also recorded 41,269 vehicles leaving Jakarta from the south / local direction via GT Ciawi 1 Jagorawi Toll Road. This figure has increased by 40.3 percent from normal traffic.
