The fever outpatient clinic at Messe Freiburg has been prepared for pregnant women with suspected corona since this week: gynecologists from the city take over the treatment.
Since Tuesday, the gynecologist in Freiburg has been taking care of pregnant women and patients with gynecological complaints who are suspected to be corona or who have tested positive in the fever outpatient clinic. For this purpose, specially furnished and separate rooms are available.
Gynecologists can register the patients
Registration is via the supervising gynecologist. Patients from Freiburg and the counties can be registered.
For four weeks, seven gynecologists worked on creating an outpatient care center for corona-positive patients. The medical equipment comes from the university women’s clinic. The primary goal is to provide patients with outpatient care for as long as possible so that the clinics have the capacity to take care of seriously ill patients.
