Both, for the different profiles, have been challenged with an assessment report which provides for an administrative fine from 400 to 3,000 euros. The gym manager was also reported to the Prefect of Caltanissetta for the adoption of the relevant provision regarding the suspension of the activity from 5 to 30 days.
