San Giovanni in Persiceto (Bologna) 7 February 2021 – In the first ‘yellow saturday‘have not resisted the temptation to to train. That’s how it was yesterday three people have been fined by carabinieri of San Giovanni in Persiceto because he surprised to train in a gym.
Once again, the structure – among other things – should have been closed following one ancillary sanction recently inflicted on the owner (early February) because he had transgressed the rules as part of the protest ‘I open’. In clear violation of the anti Covid rules, in fact, the gym had remained open, and inside (last year) there were five customers training. For the owner of the gym and for the five patrons, that time, the penalty of 400 euro.
Yesterday the reporting to the Prefecture, on a busy Saturday for military checks on compliance with anti-contagion measures. Only yesterday in the province of Bologna the carabinieri identified over 800 people, checked more than 400 cars and one hundred public businesses. A dozen people were fined for violating the law, because they did not wear a mask or were around between 22 and 5 without reasons of necessity.
