The Gyeonggi-do athletes participating in the 104th National Winter Games competed in all 8 events including speed skating, and won 83 gold medals, 78 silver medals, and 71 bronze medals as of 12:00 on the 19th, with a total score of 1019 remaining. Regardless, the win was confirmed.

Seoul came second with 48 gold medals, 41 silver medals, and 40 bronze medals, while Gangwon-do ranked third with 24 gold medals, 27 silver medals, and 25 bronze medals.
