Since last May, Seo-gu has been promoting the ‘Master Success School’ for the success of young entrepreneurs in cooperation with Korean master craftsmen Yu-seong Ahn (Ga Maeil Sik in the culinary field) and Ok-cheon Ma (Bevier Co., Ltd. in the confectionery and pastry field).

The training was conducted as a one-on-one customized consulting in which master craftsmen visited the young entrepreneur’s store and passed on know-how on recipes, hygiene management, and marketing, and on the 19th, the recipe containing the efforts made so far was revealed.

At the performance sharing event, Master Chef An Yu-seong, who is receiving a warm response for appearing as a black and white chef, shared representative recipes with CEO Min-jae Kim of the cooking field (Youth Kiwoom Restaurant – pot rice, steamed pig’s feet meal kit) and CEO Jae-won Shin (Suntan Meat – Korean Meat Meal Kit). The menu that was discovered and completed was revealed.
