“Gustaph’s “Because of You” places higher in Eurovision final for Belgium”

Lhe Belgian representative at the 67th Eurovision Song Contest, Gustaph, and his title “Because of You”, ranked higher in the final than in the semi-finals. The Belgian singer finished in 7th place, with 182 points, after finishing the semi-finals in 8th position.

Gustaph obtained Saturday evening, in the final, the maximum score (12 points) three times, from the juries of Greece, Georgia and Australia.

As far as the public is concerned, the Dutch (10 points) awarded the most points to the Belgian candidate.

The singer with the hat, Stef Caers à la ville, aged 42, did not hide his pride and satisfaction at finishing in the top 10 of the Eurovision Song Contest.

Belgium has only won the competition once. It was in 1986, with the song “J’aime la vie”, performed by Sandra Kim.
