Gus Samsudin vs . feud Red Magician Marcel Radival apparently isn’t over. Gus Samsudin will report the Red Magician to the East Java Regional Police on charges of defamation and hate speech.
Reported detikJatim, Gus Samsudin arrived at the East Java Regional Police, Jalan Ahmad Yani, Wednesday (3/8/2022) at around 13.45 WIB. He was accompanied by 3 attorneys and his wife.
“So we are here to report Marcel or the Red Magician for criminal acts of defamation and hate speech,” said Gus Samsudin’s attorney, Teguh Puji Wahano, to reporters shortly after arriving.

He added that during this time the Red Magician made public opinion that what he was doing was a fraud and a trick.
“Creating public opinion what Gus Samsudin did, his treatment was considered cheating or a trick. So we’ll try to process it according to the applicable law,” he added.
His party, he added, had collected evidence that would be handed over to the police. This includes videos circulating on social media.
