It has happened, ‘Celebrity master chef Flanders’ has its first dropout. Creating – according to the jury – a simple pasta carbonara without any guidance, it turned out to be easier said than done for this candidate.
“I like watching cooking shows and I often cook according to a recipe. But I don’t remember all that.” And that turned out to be fatal for comedian Gunter Lamoot. Together with Fatma Taspinar, Kawtar Ehlalouch and Liesa Naert, he started the episode on the rack. After tasting their pastas, things were still going well between him and Taspinar.
The jury’s verdict? “Fatma’s sauce had just a little more presence, and provided a full pasta experience.” “That’s a shame,” said Lamoot afterwards. “But I can handle it well, because I never expected that I would be around for very long.” In any case, the practical consequences of his exit outweighed the emotional ones.
Because Lamoot and fellow candidate Titus De Voogdt live not far from each other, they always drove to the studio together. “So what should I do now?
