Warehouses with gunpowder are burning in the village of Pervomaisky, Sverdlovsk region of the Russian Federation. The population of the village is evacuated. The fire threatens 18 nearby warehouses, which also store gunpowder. This is reported by Russian propaganda resources with reference to the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
According to preliminary information from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, there were no casualties. They claim that the warehouses caught fire as a result of a forest fire.

Russian media report that residents of Yekaterinburg complain about strong smog in the air, there is a smell of burning. The village of Pervomaisky is located at a distance of about 60 km to the north-east of Yekaterinburg.
The Russian authorities have introduced a state of emergency in the Rezhevsky district near Yekaterinburg, where warehouses are burning.
