Gunmen attacked a hotel in the Afghan capital Kabul. Authorities say at least three gunmen involved in the attack were killed.
It is a hotel where Chinese businessmen often stay. The Taliban, who control the country, say the attack is over and all hotel guests have been rescued.

An emergency hospital not far from the hotel says 21 injured people were brought in, three of whom were already dead on arrival.
Armed men broke into the hotel during the morning and opened fire. According to bystanders, several explosions were heard and a fire broke out.
Video footage on social media shows how hotel guests try to escape through the window. Two foreign guests were injured, the Taliban say. Responsibility for the attack on the hotel has not yet been claimed.
In August last year, the Taliban regained power in Afghanistan after the withdrawal of US and NATO troops.
Since that takeover, there have been regular attacks and shootings. Some of them have been claimed by a regional branch of the Islamic State terrorist movement.
