Disappointed Pole
Left back Kenneth Paal could go to several clubs this summer, but PEC Zwolle thought the bids for the defender were too low.
This season he started as a left back, was then drafted as a winger and the last two games he had to start on the bench by trainer Art Langeler.
“Then I think: had just been honest with me,” says Paal in De Stentor. “Like: Kenneth, we like Mees de Wit and Yuta Nakayama better. I would have thought it was fine. But then let me go. Then everyone is happy. Now you only have losers.”
