More than 10 years ago, the attack in Wólka Kosowska made great news. Then five masked attackers fired at the guards who were carrying bags of takings. More than PLN 4.2 million was stolen. Recently, a man named “Gulczas” was arrestedthe last of the robbery suspects from years ago.
When Piotr G., known under the pseudonym “Gulczas”, was arrested, there was immediate confusion because the gangster uses the same pseudonym as the popular “Big Brother” participant. However, the allegations related to the assault and shooting in Wólka Kosowska have nothing to do with Piotr “Gulczas” Gulczyński, who moved into the Big Brother house over 20 years ago.

However, this is not the first time Piotr Gulczyński was mistaken for a gangster. The confusion surrounding “Gulczasy” is so great that it was released several years ago Prosecutor Marcin Saduś decided to speak on the casewho was then the spokesman for the Warsaw-Praga District Prosecutor’s Office.
Several editorial offices called about this matter and asked whether the detained ‘Gulczas’ was a famous TV star. Of course I denied it because it wasn’t that person – he said in an interview with the “Rzeczpospolita” portal.
The person concerned also attempted to comment. In an interview with the same portal, the “Big Brother” participant did not hide the fact that the unfortunate mistake resulting from the similarity of nicknames had an impact on his life.
I thought it was some bullshit, a joke, but the wife was terrified. I couldn’t believe that such an error could have happened, but when I started checking the Internet, it turned out that it could have happened. I have a relaxed life, but this story had a life of its own, among my wife’s clients, extended family, and school. Yeah the gangster label stuck with me – he said.
