Guinea: When CONOR actions provoke hostile reactions (edito-Guineefoot)

CONAKRY- Each time people warn about actions by CONOR likely to maintain its reign in a pipeline for so long, the boss of this structure, in particular, delights in indigestible explanations to try to demonstrate the opposite. And yet the facts are stubborn. They reveal an almost certain desire suspected among the team led by Ms. Satina to obtain a new extension with a view to managing Guinea’s participation in the next CAN scheduled for the beginning of 2024.

One of the authoritative voices of the country, the most indisputable in fact, which reigns over all the sports associations recognized in Guinea, in this case the Minister of Sports has also pointed out the same desire among CONOR to drag the things. This reaction from Béa Diallo follows the visit, according to him, incognito, of CONOR to the Ivorian site which should host the Guinea national team during the competition.
It should be remembered for this purpose, necessarily, that the CONOR team which visited its facilities, has, according to several media, disapproved of the site and is committed to finding a better place where the national eleven should house. Hold on, the competition that sparked this action by CONOR will take place almost two months after the theoretical end of their mandate.

This is how the Minister of Sports wrote a letter to remind CONOR, without argument, that his mandate expires on November 25, and that this date is essential, concluded Minister Béa Diallo. This, after being indignant at the attitude of CONOR for having visited, in Côte d’Ivoire, without informing it, the installations intended to accommodate the national syli.
