Guidelines for Renewing GitLab Educational Licenses

GitLab Educational licenses must be renewed annually. Program requirements may change from time to time, and we will need to ensure that renewing members continue to meet them.

Before applying for renewal, please:

• check your permissions. The person requesting the subscription renewal must be the same person who created the subscription in the GitLab Customer Portal for the relevant institution.
• If you would like someone else to complete the renewal request, the current owner must transfer ownership of the Customer Portal account. If the current owner is no longer able to transfer ownership or renew their subscription, please open a support ticket to change the owner of the subscription.

Whether it is a first application for registration in the program or the renewal of your subscription within the framework of this program, you must complete the same form.

Once the form has been completed and submitted, you will need to pass the verification stage. Once your status is verified, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to download your license. Please follow the instructions carefully.
