The file for recognition of professional experience has two parts.

This analysis should highlight the learning, objectives, progress as well as the results of the achievement that the candidate has chosen to present.

The candidate indicates and comments on the didactic and pedagogical choices he has made, relating to the design and implementation of one or more teaching sequences, at the given class level, within the framework of the programs and reference systems. national standards, the transmission of knowledge, the skills targeted and the know-how provided for by these programs and reference systems, the design and implementation of assessment methods, in liaison, where appropriate, with other teachers or with professional partners. The candidate may also address the problems encountered in the course of his action, those related to the conditions of individual monitoring of pupils and assistance with personal work, the use of information and communication technologies in the service of apprenticeships as well as its contribution to the process of orientation and integration of young people.

Each part must be typed in Arial 11, single spaced, on 21 × 29.7 cm paper and be presented as follows:

  • margin dimension: right and left: 2.5 cm; from edge (header and footer): 1.25 cm
  • without indentation at the beginning of the paragraph.

In his file, the candidate attaches one or two examples of documents or work carried out in the context of the situation described and which he deems useful to bring to the attention of the jury. These documents must have a reasonable number of pages, which cannot exceed ten pages for the two examples combined. The jury reserves the right not to take into consideration documents of a higher volume.

The authenticity of the elements mentioned in the second part of the file must be certified by the head of the establishment where the candidate exercises or has exercised the functions described.
