Spiritomb, the Forbidden Pokémon
Let’s start from Spritomb, the Forbidden Pokémon. This Pokémon can be obtained with a rather particular method. First you will have to go to a particular place, which you will find indicated in the following image. In that exact spot, there is one tomb, with which you will have to interact.

Once this is done, you will need to go to the Y-comm functions and connect to the Internet via the + button. Once this is done, various characters will appear on the game map. Your goal will be to talk to 40 of them, then return to the tomb. Once you return to the tomb, you will find the Forbidden Pokémon waiting for you, ready to be captured!

Regigigas, the Colossal Pokémon
Now we will see how to capture Regigigas, the Colossal Pokémon. To do this, you have to put on your team Regirock, Registeel, Regice, Regieleki e Regidrago. Once teamed up, head to the Giant’s Bed, specifically the lair with the rock formation shown in the picture.

Interacting with the lair, it will ask you to examine it. If you do, you will be catapulted into a Raid Dynamax, in which you will face the Colossal Pokémon. It will be al level 100, so make sure you put a first on the team Fighting-type Pokémon to level 100. This Pokémon, like all Legendary Pokémon, will be unique, so don’t miss your chance to catch it!

Unova’s swordsmen: Virizion, Cobalion, Terrakion and Keldeo
Finally, let’s talk about the swordsmen from the Unova region, that is Virizion, Cobalion, Terracion e Keldeo. Starting with the first 3, to capture them you will have to do one secondary mission which will activate in the Piana Sottozero. In fact, coming out of Freezedale you will find on your right a tree, under which there will be some fingerprints very special on the snow. By interacting with them, it will appear Sonia, who tells you that she is in Crown Rift looking for 3 Mythical Pokémon, which she tagged as Pokémon Metalcuore, Pokémon Cave e Grassland Pokémon. It will immediately ask you to search all footprints of these Pokémon.
Each Pokémon left 50 footprints around the Rift, for a total of 150 impressions to find. Whenever you interact with a specific Pokémon’s footprints, research progress on that Pokémon will increase by 2%. By reaching 100% in all 3 searches, you will get the exact locations where to meet such Pokémon. Specifically, you will find:
- Cobalion on an island of Icy Sea;
- Terracion in the basin present in the Grotta Rivalago;
- Virizion in an area of the Bed of the Giant.
By facing and catching such Pokémon, you will be able to catch Keldeo. To do this, you will first have to fight and capture the 3 Pokémon mentioned above and show them to Sonia. After doing this, go to the Shore of Ball Lake, specifically on an island around that of the giant tree. Behind one of the two trees on the island will be a pot, and there will be footprints in front of it. At this point you have to prepare some Curry in Poké Camp. In this way, this Mythical Pokémon will appear in the center of the islet, ready to challenge you and to be captured.
