A spokeswoman for Izakaya confirms the inconvenience caused by the guests. The three had made dinner reservations, but craved the alcoholic refreshments more than the “upscale Japanese fusion” served in the popular restaurant.

On Friday evening, some bar stools and glassware had to pay, can be seen in the video. “They were unkind, touching the female staff and customers,” says PR manager Eva Couturier. The restaurant engaged its own security at some point.

According to an employee of the restaurant, several staff members were also injured by flying shards of glass.

‘Extremely frightening’

Finally, the three got into a fight. “It was very shocking, we have not experienced this in nine years,” says Couturier. “We are happy that we were able to open on Saturday as normal.” A decision has not yet been made on a declaration and an inventory of the damage is yet to follow.

According to Couturier, the police were able to make one arrest after midnight. The police spokesperson cannot confirm this (before Monday), because during the weekend only spokespersons are given regarding calamities.
