The European championship does not leave the employees of torgranate.de unaffected. In the podcast “Das EM-Update”, a Spotify exclusive production in cooperation with dpa, editor Steffen Kollmann was a guest to talk about Jamal Musiala.
Germany versus England. The second round of both heavyweights is a special duel. Especially for Jamal Musiala. Born in Stuttgart and later TSV Lehnerz player, he moved to England at the age of seven and grew up there until he was 16. As a junior player at Chelsea FC, he played himself in the focus of the English U-National team before playing for the DFB team for the first time in March – now as a huge talent at FC Bayern. At the EM Musiala came on as a substitute for Hungary and directly initiated the important 2-2 final result. Will he play a similarly important role against the old love?
This question is also asked in the podcast “Das EM-Update”, which appears twice a day on match days. To find out more about Jamal Musiala, moderator Andre Zantow rang the doorbell for Torgranate editor Steffen Kollmann, who had visited the 18-year-old in Munich last year. Zantow and Kollmann chat about Musiala’s time in East Hesse, his career and his relationship with the future German opponent England. You can listen to the nine-minute episode of the “EM Update”, which ranks seventh in the ranking of the most popular sports podcasts in Germany, on Spotify at this link.
But Kollmann is not the only guest in demand. Colleague Johannes Götze has already been a guest at “Fehlpass_der_EM_Stammtisch” several times. Nils Wiegand, born in Huenfeld, founder of “Seemannstod” and now living in Hamburg, will moderate the talk on Instagram.
