JAKARTA – PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM) again poured a jumbo fund of Rp. 1 trillion to PT Surya Dhoho Investama (SDHI) related to the construction of an Integrated Airport in Kediri, East Java.
The additional funds deposited by Gudang Garam through the acquisition of new shares issued by SDHI in the amount of 1 million shares with an additional capital deposit of Rp. 1 trillion so that the issued and paid-up capital of SDHI which was originally Rp. 5 trillion to Rp. 6 trillion as stated in the decision outside the General Meeting of Shareholders. “The issued and paid-up capital will be paid in stages with an initial deposit of Rp. 100 billion on September 20, 2021 and the rest will be paid in stages for the whole no later than December 2021,” GGRM’s management said in a statement quoted in an information disclosure, Jakarta, Sunday (19/9). /2021).

The affiliate transaction which aims to increase SDHI’s capital is carried out to support the continuation of the development process of the Integrated Airport in Kediri, East Java which was built by the Company through SDHI.
