NEW YORK – Due to the increase in incidents against users of the New York City subway in recent days, the Guardian Angels organization announced that it will have people from its team at the train stations.
According to the organization, which gave the notice on Sunday during a press conference at the station subway from Union Square in Manhattan, members will be at stations to guard and prevent passengers from being thrown onto the rails.
Hundreds of members of the Guardian Angels will be at the stations on Black Friday, or Black Friday, and will have more members during the holiday season.
