A/ What happened was that I was walking under the Mariouteya Bridge. I was going to get the key to the workshop in which he works, but I was surprised by the complainant. According to the referral order, the accused assaulted the son of a conch worker by force, taking advantage of his weakness and lack of resourcefulness, gagged his mouth and forced him to cover his clothes, showing a citizen of his chastity.
A conch worker, a resident of Tersa village, Abu Nomros Center, and the victim’s father witnessed a phone call from his son stating that a person, when he was in the Mariouteya Bridge area, had assaulted him.
