On August 1 and August 2, YTO Airlines will continue to open Guangzhou-Mumbai and Guangzhou-Delhi cargo routes. This is the first time that the same airline has “three days and three routes” at Baiyun Airport. These three routes are expected to bring an increase of 8,000 tons of international cargo throughput to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport every year.
At present, the air cargo of Baiyun Airport is in full swing, with new and encrypted cargo routes being opened one after another. Since the beginning of this year, Baiyun Airport has opened 14 new cargo routes, including 5 international and regional cargo routes and 9 domestic cargo routes. As of July this year, the international and regional air cargo and mail volume of Baiyun Airport accounted for more than 70% of the total cargo and mail throughput, and continued to maintain a “stable growth”.
