Anyone who wants to get started with the PS5 version of Grand Theft Auto V may need to free up some disk space. According to Twitter account @PlaystationSize, the file would be more than 86GB at release. This is more than a tenth of the disk space the original PS5 has to offer, which is 825 GB.
While some next-gen versions of games show a reduction of the file size, GTA V doesn’t seem to really participate. Grand Theft Auto V on the PlayStation 5 has the necessary improvements compared to the PS4 version, including a Fidelity and a Performance Mode. The former lets you play the game at 30 fps and ray tracing. The latter emphasizes the frame rate, which is increased to 60 fps. There would be a Performance RT mode later that includes 60 fps and ray tracing. Concessions will probably have to be made here regarding the resolution.
