GTA Trilogy System Requirements Announced

The system features required for the renewed Grand Theft Auto games have been announced.

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – Definitive Edition system requirements Rockstar Store announced via. It seems like a lot of water has flown under the bridge since 2005 when GTA: San Andreas hit the PC. At that time, the GeForce 3 graphics card, released only a year ago, was enough to visit Los Santos. With this card, it was possible to see all possible hairstyles of CJ in the most magnificent way. Also the memory requirement was 256 MB, can you believe it! The recommended one is only 384MB!

In the 2021 version, at least GeForce GTX 760 or Radeon R9 280 is required, while the recommended cards are GTX 970 or RX 570. Those are still pretty low requirements—especially when compared to Saints Row: The Third Remastered, which wants a GTX 1000 or better, and Red Dead Redemption 2, which wants a GTX 1060. The game also requires 45 GB of free space. On the other hand, we don’t know if you can choose to install the three games separately or if PC players will have to install the whole series, as was the case with Mass Effect Legendary Edition.

And of course, we are waiting to find out if all the rights of the original music have been taken. If they haven’t we’re sure there will be a mod to restore them.
