GS Sports Management bets on padel and San Diego Stingrays

The sports company GS Sports Managementwhich is led by Gustavo Santoscoy Arriaga in synergy with Gustavo Santoscoy García, continues firm in its growth and will join the group of owners of the San Diego Stingrays, the second franchise in the Professional Paddle League (PPL, by its name in English).

GS Sports Management is the agency in charge of organizing most of the WTA tournaments in our country and has positioned women’s tennis in a place of interest for Mexican society. Given this conviction and success it has had, He will now be integrated into the operational side of both the PPL and the San Diego Stingrays to assist in their progression.

San Diego was founded by a collective group of diverse leaders who firmly believe that padel will grow within the US market and the growth across the board is undeniable, which is why Ryan Redondo, CEO of Singrays, was pleased with the addition of GS.

“We are convinced that his vision in the sports and entertainment business will help us take this sport to new levels on North American soil,” Redondo said.

It is worth noting that the Santoscoy family has previously ventured into the world of paddle tennis, organizing APT tournaments in Guadalajara, and thanks to these experiences, Gustavo assured that this union will serve to benefit both parties.

“This is certainly a great opportunity to make ourselves present in the American market, Our experience in padel will allow us to have very fruitful feedback, from which both parties will emerge stronger. We are ready for the challenges that lie ahead. In the near future, this sport will also be an important part of the North American market,” Santoscoy said.
