Mexico City – Gruma,a global food company,has forged a three-year alliance with the Xonotli Agro Technological Park to bolster the agricultural sector within the state of guanajuato. The agreement, finalized on March 31, aims to foster innovation through integrated education and targeted research, ultimately promoting sustainable white corn agriculture for human consumption.

The Superior Technological Institutes of Salvatierra, Irapuato, and Abasolo, along with the Technological University of the South West of the State (UTSMA) (ITR), will also participate in the initiative.
