growling stomachs and raw nerves

A series is emerging in the RTL jungle: viewers again choose model Tessa in the jungle test. And already on the second day the cabin fever spreads.

Jungle fever is already spreading on the second day: After a few hours in the Australian camp, stomachs are growling – and nerves are bare here and there. In the second episode of the RTL show “I’m a star – get me out of here!” On Saturday evening there was another argument and minor drama around the campfire.

In the middle was again the model Tessa Bergmeier (33). The fact that she only got three out of twelve stars in her jungle test with the apt title “Hor-Rohr” and thus little food for the candidates made her camp colleagues Cosimo Citiolo and Gigi Birofio a little angry.

Underground Examination

Traditionally, viewers like to shoot at a participant in the first week and repeatedly send her into unsavory encounters with maggots, cockroaches and the like. This year, Tessa, who was staged as a camp slut, was caught.

In her first test, which was shown on Saturday evening, she had to move through a kind of canal system populated by various crawling animals. Worrying about hurting the roaches or crabs, she only got three out of twelve stars, leaving her little food for her already starving fellow campers, some of whom were just as famished in the jungle by day two as they had been in previous seasons by week two .

The next test, which is to be broadcast on Sunday evening on “I’m a star – get me out of here!” Bergmeier doesn’t have to do it alone, but together with her opponent Cosimo, with whom she has clashed several times.

what else happened

Influencer Jolina Mennen told an astonished Gigi about her sex change, Claudia Effenberg told about nightly phone calls with husband Stefan in their romantic early days and about the fact that he once put a pizza in the oven without first removing the plastic foil. And the follower Djamila Rowe worried whether RTL and the viewers really had them on the screen.

The 55-year-old, who achieved some notoriety for inventing an affair with an ambassador around 20 years ago, represented actor Martin Semmelrogge, who the Australian authorities – arguably because of his trouble with the German judiciary – have yet to get a visa issued. The chances that he will be able to move into the camp later decrease from day to day.

The new season of the RTL cult show about the fight for the jungle crown started on Friday evening. The show will be filmed again in Australia for the first time since 2020. In 2021, the jungle camp fell victim to the corona pandemic – only a replacement version was shot in Cologne. 2022 “I’m a Celebrity – Get Me Out of Here!” filmed in South Africa.
