Democratic party revealed that there was already a leader of the winning team Prabowo Subianto–Gibran Rakabuming Raka. There is news circulating that the Prabowo-Gibran Team will be led by BUMN Deputy Minister (Wamen) Rosan Roeslani.
Prabowo-Gibran themselves will register with the KPU, Wednesday (25/10). Prabowo and Gibran will declare first at GBK, then move to the KPU.
Previously, this afternoon Rosan visited the Democrat headquarters. However, the purpose of Rosan’s visit to the Democratic DPP was not explained.
“Just make friends with Mas AHY,” said Rosan Roeslani to journalists at the Democrat DPP, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (24/10/2023).
Rosan was reluctant to talk much about the issue of becoming Chair of the Winning Team for the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM). He said he had come to stay in touch with AHY.
“Just chat,” he said.
Meanwhile, the chairman of the Democratic Party’s BPOKK, Herman Khaeron, said that all parties have the opportunity to become chairman of the winning team for Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka. Herman said that currently several names have emerged, including AHY.
“Yes, everyone has a chance, there is Mr. Rosan, there is Mr. Bahlil, yes, Mas AHY can do that too. This means that everyone has the potential to be the leader of a successful team and later Mr. Prabowo will be the one to decide,” said Herman.
Herman said the final decision rests with Prabowo Subianto. His party is in a position to move optimally to win the presidential and vice presidential candidates.
“I think the leader of the winning team will let Pak Prabowo make the choice, because he, who is more operational, knows who is right to be the commander,” said Herman.
